After traveling across Asia and beyond for over 30 years, we've learned the real flavors and wisdom behind authentic curry.
Inspired by voices like “I want curry that’s seriously tasty” or “I want something bold but still gentle on the body,” we’ve gone through tons of trial and error to create what chang curry is today.
From how we blend spices to using fresh local veggies and meat, and even the clean spring water from Shiramizui in Aso—everything is made with care.
